The Safe Haven After School Programme is an initiative by EDU-KIDZ Centre, aimed at providing structured partial care services for children between 6-14years. The programme is designed to ensure the safety, development, and holistic support of children whose parents or guardians are unavailable during the day due to work or other commitments. Many children live in under-resourced environments where exposure to poverty, violence, and neglect can hinder their physical, emotional, and educational development.
The EDU-KIDZ Centre seeks to address this by creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 6–14 years, offering daily supervision, nutritious meals, academic support, and recreational activities.Through this initiative, the Centre aims to serve children and support families while fostering resilience, positive values, and improved educational outcomes among vulnerable children in the community.
